Jim McConoughey is the President and CEO of The Heartland Partnership, a family of companies including the Economic Development Council for Central Illinois, Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce, TransPORT and Peoria NEXT. He has more than 15 years in public service working downtown revitalization, economic development and with various chambers of commerce. He sits on the Federal Reserve Advisory Board and serves on several local boards including the Workforce Development Board, PeoriaNEXT, and the Peoria Civic Foundation.
