Cheryl Toland
Cheryl Toland is the Program Manager and 6 Sigma Black Belt, with responsibility for overseeing the Quest Team projects. Toland has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both clinical and administrative. She has worked at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Proctor Hospital, and University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. In addition, she has extensive experience in office, business and sales management, as well as community business development. Toland has conducted event planning at the national level and is an Illinois licensed commercial real estate agent.
Toland has been involved in many community organizations including Committee Chairperson of the Children's Hospital Telethon, TEC and Cursillo Program, FHL Prison Ministry, Easter Seals VIP, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Peoria Opera League, and Common Place Vietnamese Tutor Project. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Peoria Art Guild and YWCA.
Toland is a graduate of Illinois Central College and attended the University of Illinois Business Management Program.
